Once again this year, the official price reductions from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) will take place.

Instructions for compensating stock value losses

How to report a stock value loss:

• Download the inventory loss form and send the completed form by email to CustomerService.CH@zentiva.com by the end of the month in which the price change occurred.
• If you are unable to download the form, please contact our customer service department (CustomerService.CH@zentiva.com) or your local sales representative by email. They will be happy to provide you with the form.

Please note that storage value losses can only be reimbursed for direct orders and for a total amount of CHF 50 or more.
We will reimburse your return in the form of a credit note. The credit note will not be paid out in cash.
