Pharmacovigilance contacts
In case of an emergency or side effects, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or the emergency department of the nearest hospital. Healthcare professionals must report adverse drug reactions directly to a regional pharmacovigilance center. Swissmedic recommends using the reporting portal developed for this purpose. With the system called Electronic Vigilance System (ElViS), ADRs can be recorded directly or by uploading an xml file.
